My name is Hanna Sharma
Who I am
I am a personal development workshop facilitator, specializing in systemic, family and organizational constellations in English and German. Colleagues, family and friends describe me as empathic, sensitive, emotionally intelligent as well as professional, organized and trustworthy ─ confidentiality is very important to me.
What I do
I support people on their personal growth journey by offering a way to explore and resolve deep patterns in life, relationships and organizations. I do this through experiential workshops and individual sessions.
Why I do what I do
Personal growth and serving the inner potential of human beings is my passion. I strongly believe that by looking at, feeling and resolving unconscious limitations, the path to a fulfilled life opens. And as individuals living life to its full potential, collectively we make the world a better place.

My Story and Why I Believe in Systemic Constellations
Professional Life
​
My unique journey began in a small town in Europe. After graduating from university with a Business Consultancy International degree, I lived and worked in multiple countries across Europe, North America and Asia for 20 years. I collected a wealth of experience working for multinational corporations as well as for one of Canada’s largest municipalities. In business terms, I was considered a ‘high-performer’, quickly moving up the career ladder and holding senior management positions at a young age. I successfully delivered results after results, presented recommendations to C-level executives and worked in over a dozen countries. I lived the professional dream!
Although being beyond grateful to have had this experience, inside, I felt empty and insufficient. Upon deep reflection to find purpose and happiness, I realized that what kept me motivated was connecting with people and their journeys. Some of the most fulfilling moments include coaching my teams, witnessing how team members flourished and became better versions of themselves, professionally and personally, as well as becoming a better team together.

​Physical Health
​
Coincidingly, my professional journey and desire to seek more personal growth was accompanied by the struggle of a physical condition. ​For over a decade, my severe back pain made it almost impossible to walk at times. Frustrated after exploring numerous avenues without significant lasting improvement, I needed a different perspective. A different way to look at my physical symptoms to find a new way forward.
So I took the leap and booked a family constellation workshop. ​

The Power of Systemic and Family Constellations

Is it possible that the root cause of physical issues and professional unfulfillment could be identified and addressed using the same tool?

Going in, I was nervous. What would happen? I succinctly stated my issue, the rest was out of my hands.
​
What emerged in the constellation was eye-opening. It was unexpected. It was sad. It was beautiful. It was moving. I felt what needed to be felt and my mind and body released the emotions it had been unconsciously holding on to for so long. A new image replaced the old, a void was filled. I now know that this was the beginning of what is called a ‘movement’. And it kept unfolding after the workshop. Today, I am pain-free and live a life filled with joy.

What I experienced was not out of the ordinary. I have continued to witness the power of systemic and family constellations over and over again, in person and online, by people from various cultural backgrounds coming to the space with a broad spectrum of personal and professional challenges.
